Vice President, Research & Regulation Group
Job Description
Support and supervise the BCOs\' activities. Liaise with head office (tokyo) to be align with global initiatives and report incidents to Japanese Financial Service Agency. Ensure the implementation of risk control frameworks and establishment of efficient risk controls across APD. Respond to queries adepuately and timely and paticipating in clarification calls and discussions. Represent the interests of 1 LoD control owners and handle with requests from front office such as enhancements on system / procedures. Deliver training and communication on compliance matters to businesses/stakeholders when needed.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business/Finance
- Good working knowledge of developing and implementing risk control framework
- Prior business plannning and/or control in banking
- Proficiency in Japanese is preferred as this role needs to create regular reports to Japanese Financial Service Agency and to liaise with Head Office
- Knowledge of Japanese Banking Law is an advantage
- Strong comunication skills (written and spoken)
