Vice President

. This is a senior leadership role responsible for leadership across Operations, Sales, Services, Support, Consulting, and People Development.

Description of the Opportunity:

Contribute to strategic planning, resource allocation, and organizational growth initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. Build and mentor high-performing teams across both project and corporate functions. Act as a key liaison with clients, partners, and internal executives. Drive internal communication and reporting related to project status, risks, and outcomes. Ensure alignment between business objectives, project goals, and client expectations. Oversee HR and admin functions.

Qualifications for Consideration:

Master's or bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in project delivery or operations in the commodities trading industry, with knowledge on CTRM systems. Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and corporate services. Deep understanding of CTRM systems, project governance, and client engagement. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong service-oriented culture.
