About Our Client
Our client is a growing family office in Asia with over 160 headcounts across Asia Pacific and has ambitious growth plans in the upcoming years within the South East Asia region specifically. Over the years, they have attracted many key leaders in the private & wealth management industry to join the firm as part of their senior leadership team. The firm has great potential and is looking to hire a Vice President, Talent Acquisition to be based in their Singapore office to assist them in their growth plans.
You will be reporting to the South East Asia Talent Acquisition Director based in Singapore with the following responsibilities:
- Proactively engage passive and active talents in the private banking & wealth management space to meet current and future talent pipeline needs, mostly in the Front Office space
- Building the firm\'s employer branding strategy within Singapore & potentially South East Asia, looking at various creative talent attraction initiatives
- Be hands-on in daily recruitment operations, developing and implementing policies and processes that would further enhance the recruitment experience of potential candidates, as well as internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team in identifying their hiring needs and challenges, and providing insightful solutions
You will need to have at least 8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the front office, private banking and wealth management space. You will need to have strong executive disposition to be able to deal with the senior leaders in the firm and provide resourceful and creative recruitment solutions.
