Vice President This is a leading financial service, with a presence in Singapore and regional footprints in Asia. Responsibilities Reporting to the Group Head of Tax, you will cover tax matters relating to M&A, working alongside with the investment teams and other Corporate Services departments to ensure that the on-going tax management of investments across the Asia-Pacific. You will be involved in the implementation of new tax policies / procedures and make appropriate recommendations to the business side. Being involve in tax strategies and tax initiatives and implementation of special projects. Requirements You are degree holder who possesses relevant professional qualification, with a least 12 years of tax experience in the financial services sector with preference on M&A. All rounded knowledge and experience in direct and indirect taxes and transfer pricing regulation is essential. You are a proactive and driven person with strong communication and organizational skills.
