Job Description

The Technology Risk Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing technology projects and risk management activities, ensuring effective governance, and managing technology audits to safeguard the assets, reputation, and operations.Responsibilities:

• Act as the central point of coordination to drive audit readiness of technology programs and projects.
• Manage audits related to technology applications and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and internal policies
• Monitor outstanding risk items and audit issues to ensure proper ownership and follow-up
• Stay current on emerging cyber threats and potential implications to the organization
• Provide governance advisory and support to ensure project quality and adherence to standards and processes
• Oversee IT risk reporting and ensure alignment with the overall organizational risk management framework
• Ensure robust IT disaster recovery/business continuity planning and preparedness for contingencies
• Oversee the organization and implementation of technology-related initiatives, ensuring projects are well-coordinated and executed efficiently from start to finish.
• Develop and implement a systematic approach for day-to-day risk management activities, including identification, assessment, monitoring, and acceptance of risks
• Ability to perform risk assessments for IT services, applications, processes and collaborate with Cyber for risk assessments performed on Technology
• Support IT incident management and reporting for incidents
• Ability to work independently, prepare and author comprehensive reports for senior management on technology risk management activities and risk events

• At least 12 years of experience in technology risk management, governance, and audit management
• Strong understanding of IT risk governance and management frameworks.
• Familiarity with incident management and response protocols.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate complex technology risk concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to make strategic decisions related to core functions and features of risk management tools and processes.
• Strong understanding of technology infrastructure and information security products.
• Certified in at least one of the following: CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP will be advantageous
