  • The APAC Syndicated & Corporate Lending Team across 12 countries in APAC are responsible for the committed facility set up for part bought and bilateral Credit Agreement and subsequent booking of loans.
  • The APAC S&CL team is currently going through a transformational system migration.
  • In order to be able to set up facilities in LIQ as the new system of record, a centralized Credit Fulfilment Team has been set up to support the Region and the centralized booking team including serval non-centralized locations.
Responsibilities:
  • Candidates will be responsible for the review of new committed Credit Agreements.
  • Ability to clearly read, understand and interpret loan documents.
  • Handles a variety of functions (multi-tasking) and/or transactions, including priorities that require immediate attention.
  • To produce error free work, enters and verifies numeric data from a variety of sources (paper-based and/or electronic).
  • Perform miscellaneous duties assigned.
  • Demonstrate leadership within the division and will participate in the overall development of the team in conjunction with the team manager.
Required Skills:
  • An expected degree of creativity and latitude is required. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals to perform a variety of tasks. Effective communication skills (listening, verbal and written).
  • Proficient computer skills utilizing mainframe and PC software packages, strong system orientation: intermediate accounting skills; excellent teamwork, organization and admin skills.
  • Possesses a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Over 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the field of loan documentation/ administration/ loan processing.
  • At least 1-2 years supervisory experience and has experience managing a team of 10 or more.
  • Loan IQ experience preferable.
  • Able to navigate and communicate between the various groups globally.
