• Vice Senior Manager will work closely with Senior Manager to lead and direct the AI Business Operation Section and oversee to achieve Ecosystem & AI Business Supervisory Department in Singapore and AI Products Supervisory Division (AIPSD) and Marketing Cloud Department (MCD) financial and strategic objectives.
• Cultivate the culture of innovation and to encourage members to achieve the organization’s mission and goals and create synergy to enhance the business with multiple stakeholders.
• This position will cover business planning, strategy planning, business development pipeline management, finance, tax, HR, legal etc. topics and working with each representative to achieve the targets.
• Liaison closely with each department’s management members and external company if necessary

• Responsible for overall business strategy and planning, financial control, and division’s operational topics
• Review operations and plans for meeting to achieve multiple topics activities’ goals
• To take communication lead among various stakeholders’ management layer
• Increase impact of management team by selecting, recruiting, hiring, training, and overseeing members
• Manage overall projects progress and achievement. Also guide and motivate members to achieve their project’s outcome
• 5-10 members people management in Singapore, Japan, and India

• Demonstrable 8+ year experience ‘getting things done’ while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and experience exhibiting ‘speed’ in getting tasks or projects done and then improving after getting it done.
• Bilingual in both English and Japanese is mandatory because this role will require you to liaise closely with Japanese stakeholders in our Tokyo HQ.
• Experience in IT industry like digital marketing, AI or machine learning
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to possess strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
• Able to respond to the demands of a fast-paced industry, multi-task and adapt to an international climate.
• Experience small to mid-size group’s people management
• Strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Confident communicator and able to build relationships and influence.
• Experience in project management roles beneficial.
