What the role is:The job role is responsible for trailblazing and leading the transformation of NACLI's back-office operations, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement that propels the Institute beyond its current ops capabilities guided by clear strategic goals. The incumbent shall chart the direction and oversee NACLI's training administration and operations, and resourcing strategies to ensure that the Institute's goals and strategic deliverables are effectively met. The job role includes spearheading process innovation and leveraging tech-enabled solutions to continuously reap efficiency and productivity gains in NACLI's ops. The core areas of work for this job include manpower planning and human capital management, finance and governance, estates and facilities management, IT development, procurement and contract management, communications and social media engagement, course administration, service excellence and other corporate services-related functions.About People's Association:The People's Association was set up in 1960, in a time of racial and communal strife, to foster racial harmony and social cohesion.
