In just 4 years, we have grown one of our health & wellness brands from zero to $100M+ in annual revenue.We have 30 full-time team members. Majority of our team is based in Singapore and we have a growing team of remote talents based in Canada, India, Malaysia, and PhilippinesRoles & Responsibilities

• Part #1: Create strong, compelling video ads from existing material (80%)

• Work with copywriters to create storyboards for ad campaigns across various platforms (FB, IG, Tik Tok, Emails etc)

• Themes/ structure/ sequencing of the video

• Combine & edit creative assets into video ads that grabs the customer's attention, highlight the key benefits of the product & sell the click

• Including: Product demos, customer testimonials, content

• Planning & executing of new variations for performing ads

• Testing of new hooks, ideas, formats, banner messaging, CTA & styles

• Adding music, subtitles, color grading & ensuring correct dimensions for finished videos

• Delivering edited videos in a timely manner for weekly tests

• Our current video ad specialists put out about 10-15 short videos per week ranging from 15-90 seconds depending on the brief

• Part #2: Project management & creation of SOPS (20%)

• Planning & communicating content requirements from influencers (through our Traffic Associates)

• Eg: Specific B rolls we want (shot of influencer in the kitchen with the product, pictures of their family members, short clips of them working out etc)

• Document your research, storyboarding & video creation process

• So that we're able to duplicate winning ads/ track tests that did not perform

Requirements

• Mindset & Soft Skills:

• Looking for a long term career, NOT freelance (this is full time role & we expect 100% commitment as we'll be coaching & guiding talents too)

• Deep interest in psychology, persuasion, marketing, film & advertising

• Good communication skills and command of written and spoken English

• Growth focused - Self-motivated, proactive, and independent in learning

• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Meticulous - Attention to detail, ability to produce consistent quality work even under pressure

• Excellent problem-solving skills and mindset

• Independent and resourceful while being a great team player

• Organised and able to prioritise and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Process-driven with systematic thought process

• Technical Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience in post-production

• Minimum 3 years in Final Cut Pro/After Effects/Premiere Pro & Photoshop

• Relevant experience in creating video ads for platforms like IG, FB, Tik Tok, Youtube

• Ability to create videos that maintain attention & interest throughout with engaging cut variations, sound choice

• Ability to perform a full range of editing work and prioritise the most important details for highest impact

Bonus Points

• Familiar with operations of commercials - product video, interview shoots

• Education in film making/motion graphics/animation/design

• Ability to create briefs, determine creative direction, compile raw resources and present clearly how the video will flow in visuals/narratives (shotlist)

• Experience in digital marketing/commercial/production

• Strong interest in analysing film, video ads, infomercials
