Video Content Creator (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

Conceptualise, shoot and edit short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc Develop creative video campaigns to promote our brand, services and community initiatives Capture authentic daily moments at our grooming salons and boarding facilities Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to plan and execute content calendars Handle on-site filming, lighting and basic audio setup Maintain an organized archive of video footage, raw files and b-roll Analyze video performance metrics and propose creative improvements
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging visual styles
Occasionally assist in photo content and ad creatives when required

Ideal Candidate

Has a

genuine love for cats

and is comfortable working around them daily Highly creative with strong storytelling instincts Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments Open-minded, adaptable, and always brimming with fresh ideas Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in planning shoots

Skills Should Include

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve) Experience in filming and lighting techniques for both indoor and natural light environments Good understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies Basic skills in sound editing, color grading and captioning/subtitling Familiarity with camera equipment (DSLR or mirrorless) and mobile videography setups Strong grasp of storytelling pacing and visual flow * Added plus: Basic graphic design or motion graphics skills
