• Assist in developing and implementing social media content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for social media campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor social media channels for trending topics and relevant conversations to participate in.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in analyzing social media metrics and performance data to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and content creation.
