Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and hands-on

Video & Creative Specialist

to produce compelling visual content that drives engagement and brand awareness. You will be responsible for end-to-end video production, graphic design, content creation for digital & print, and supporting roadshows or events.

Key Responsibilities:

ideo Production & Editing

Travel to client or installation sites for video shoots. Plan, shoot, and edit promotional, installation, and testimonial videos. Create short-form content for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Add branding, subtitles, effects, and music to videos. Manage and archive video assets efficiently.

Social Media Content Creation

Repurpose video content across platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube. Post and schedule content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer. Monitor video performance and suggest improvements.

Graphic Design

Design website banners, landing page graphics, and product visuals. Create roadshow banners, flyers, brochures, and booth signage. Design for both print and digital platforms (CMYK & RGB).

Event & Promotion Support

Liaise with roadshow/event organisers for creative & logistics coordination. Prepare visual assets for event booths and display panels. Design promotional graphics for campaigns or sales.

Additional Duties (Optional but Valuable):

Basic photography for product shoots or team profiles. Animation or motion graphics (for intros/outros). Coordinate with marketing or sales team for campaign planning. Manage digital assets and maintain design consistency.

Tools Proficiency (Preferred):

Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Canva, CapCut, VN Editor (for quick edits) Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Suite Google Drive, Dropbox (for asset sharing)
