About the Role

We're looking for a versatile Video Editor who's comfortable taking projects from start to finish -- from ingesting raw footage to delivering polished final exports. You should be equally skilled at shaping long-form content and distilling key moments into short, engaging edits without losing context.

Responsibilities

? Handle end-to-end video editing workflows -- including ingesting, organising, editing, basic color correction, graphics integration, sound balancing, and final delivery.

? Edit long-form pieces (interviews, documentaries, etc.) and create short-form versions (30-60 second highlights, trailers, or social cuts).

? Understand briefs quickly and translate them into cohesive visual stories.

? Add motion graphics, lower thirds, or other enhancements where needed to elevate the final product.

? Collaborate closely with the creative and art teams to maintain consistent style and tone.

? Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.

Requirements

? Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects (experience in motion graphics tools such as Cinema 4D, Flame etc. is a bonus).

? Strong understanding of video editing workflows and file management best practices. Solid storytelling sense with the ability to condense long-form narratives without losing impact.

? Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of self-managing projects from concept to final export.

? Comfortable with fast turnarounds and feedback cycles.

? Familiarity with collaborative tools like Frame.io, or cloud-based review platforms.

Bonus Skills

? Experience in color grading and sound design.

? Knowledge of various content formats for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
