• The candidate will be part of Thrive, supporting the team to produce social media content which includes but not exhaustive weekly short videos for Instagram and TikTok on career, money and life.

Job Scope

• Conceptualise, produce and edit social content for Thrive\xe2\x80\x99s social media channels, these include explainers, interviews, and other Instagram and Tik short form videos and posts
• Support the Thrive team on shoots
• Propose creative ideas for content and audience engagement
• Work with the team on any other ad-hoc content for Thrive

Essential Skills Required in an Intern

• Experience in writing, content or video production
• Basic videography and video editing skills. Knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut and Canva a must
• Good communication skills, initiative-driven and willing to learn
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong interest in social media trends on Instagram and TikTok
• Experience in journalism and reporting is a bonus
• Experience in graphic design for social media is a bonus

Learning Outcome and Exposure

• Gain insights and experience in a business newsroom
• Hands-on experience for all video projects on social media
• Understand and contribute to various forms of videos used to drive social media and branding
