Job Summary

We're looking for an enthusiastic Video Photographer & Editor to help create engaging video content for our clinic's social media, marketing, and patient education. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career or building their reel-- you'll shoot and edit videos showcasing treatments, patient stories, and clinic vibes in a supportive environment. No need for extensive pro experience; if you have a passion for storytelling and want real-world exposure in the wellness space, we'd love to collaborate!Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and shooting simple video content like quick treatment demos, patient testimonials, behind-the-scenes clips, and educational tips on osteopathy, physiotherapy, and chiropractic care. Capture footage using your own or provided gear in our clinic (with full respect for patient privacy and comfort). Edit videos with basic cuts, text, music, and effects to match our friendly, approachable brand--keeping it authentic and relatable. Work with our small marketing team on ideas and content ideas that connect with our community. Organize and share video files for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and other uses. Experiment with new ideas to keep things fun and fresh as you grow your skills.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Entry-level welcome! 0-1 year in video shooting/editing is ideal, but we're excited about hobbyists, students, or freelancers building their portfolio in any creative field (healthcare/wellness a plus). Technical Skills: Comfortable with basic cameras (e.g., smartphone, DSLR like Canon or Sony entry-level) and simple setups for lighting/audio. Familiarity with free/affordable editing tools like iMovie, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve (free version), or Adobe Premiere Rush; willingness to learn more advanced ones on the job. Basic grasp of composition, lighting, and simple audio-- we'll guide you on clinic-specific needs. Creative Flair: A genuine eye for heartfelt, real stories that make people feel seen and motivated. Soft Skills: Reliable, communicative, and discreet (patient privacy is everything-- we'll cover basics on sensitivity). Education: Any background in film, media, communications, or self-taught creators; a portfolio (even personal projects) or demo reel is a must to show your style. Availability: Flexible for occasional shoots during clinic hours (e.g., weekdays 9 AM - 6 PM) or weekends-- think 5-10 hours/week to start.
