Roles & Responsibilities The Video Producer/Host will ideate and execute video formats and concepts for publishing on OGS’s YouTube pages. The ideal candidate should have some experience in video producing, writing and/or directing. Candidates with experience as a talent/ host will have an advantage. Responsibilities:

• Research and pitch relevant hosted video content ideas for OGS YouTube
• Work with a team to produce, write, direct and/or host videos for OGS YouTube
• Regularly measure and distill progress results to apply data-driven insights to future content strategies.
• Edit, refine digital copy, repurpose existing content for optimal distribution and engagement in different channels such as official website, social media, and third-party websites;
• Conceptualise and execute content ideas for branded campaigns

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Film, Media or a relevant discipline;
• Some experience with organic content production and strategy,
• Familiar with camera operation and/or post production tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects
• Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences;
• Project management skills and attention to detail;
• Able to communicate in multiple languages a bonus
