The Video Producer will ideate and execute video formats and concepts for publishing on nOm\xe2\x80\x99s social media pages, mainly YouTube and TikTok. Run by the foodies of OGS, nOm is a new food channel bridging Asian communities closer through our shared love for food. From recipe videos to cooking challenges and even food documentaries, the team will work on a variety of content formats. The ideal candidate should have some experience in video producing, writing and/or directing, and be passionate about presenting Asian cuisine to an international digital platform. We are looking for someone who is independent, motivated and curious to find out what makes audiences watch, engage and share social content. Responsibilities:
- Research, conceptualise and pitch relevant video content ideas for nOm YouTube and TikTok
- Work in a lean team to produce, write, direct and shoot videos for nOm YouTube and TikTok
- Regularly measure and distil progress results to apply data-driven insights to future content strategies.
- Edit and refine digital copy, repurpose existing content for optimal distribution and engagement in different channels such as official website, additional social media platforms, and third-party websites;
- Conceptualise and execute content ideas for branded campaigns
- Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Film, Media or a relevant discipline;
- Experienced with organic content production and strategy; prior experience running a YouTube or TikTok page a bonus
- Interest in food content and/or cooking
- Familiar with camera operation and/or post production tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects
- Editorial mindset with an ability to predict rising audience preferences and trends;
- Project management skills and attention to detail;
- Able to communicate in multiple languages a bonus
