[What Is The Opportunity?]

Intuitive Films is looking for an energetic Production Intern who is driven to influence positive change through creative video production. The right candidate must share our core values and believe in adding value through purposeful work.

*This internship is available for applicants who are able to join us within the next 4 weeks and must be able to commit for at least 4 months (ideally 6 months).

[What Will You Learn & Contribute To?]

  • This is a fulfilling internship where you will be an integrated team player working within a growth and people-oriented company. You will be actively learning and contributing to all aspects of production.
  • During the pitching & pre-production stages, it\xe2\x80\x99s all hands on deck & you\xe2\x80\x99ll be roped in to help out with research, writing, concept development, location scouting, talent management and more.
  • During production filming, you will be making sure that all logistics, production details, cast and crew are taken care of, as led by the Producer.
  • You will have direct contact with clients from various organizations, where you\xe2\x80\x99ll be exposed to project planning, scheduling & account management from a video production perspective.
  • Apart from our internal best practices for project management, you will get to learn directly from working with highly experienced freelance crew, creatives and post production professionals we engage for our projects.
  • You will also be supporting our business development and marketing activities by preparing and curating content for our social media posts.
  • Depending on your skillset and aptitude, you may also be given the chance to shoot, edit or lead projects under the guidance of our Creative Producers.
Upon successful completion of your internship with us, you will be equipped with a diverse portfolio of work you can be proud to talk about, as well as developed critical skills, work habits and professional attitude essential for career success.

[Who is this Internship best suited for?]
  • Someone who is an energetic, smart, reliable and fearless problem-solver because you will be given real-world responsibilities to tackle.
  • Someone who is passionate and curious about all aspects of production and looking to grow in this direction.
  • Someone who is flexible, adaptable and watches the details - you will be working on multiple projects and may be alternating between being on set filming for one week, taking care of pre-production duties in the office the following week and also scheduled for post-production coordination in between.
  • Someone who understands what being a positive team player really means and is able to demonstrate it throughout your internship with us.
  • Someone with strong communication skills in written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional local languages would be an advantage.
  • Someone with relevant educational background in film, video, communications or experience working on professional sets/productions would be given priority consideration.
