Job Description

We're looking for a

creative and hands-on Videographer & Editor Intern

who's passionate about short-form video. From storyboarding to filming to editing, you'll be part of the full production process--bringing raw ideas to life as scroll-stopping TikToks, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.


If you love experimenting with transitions, trending sounds, and CapCut effects--and you know how to hook an audience in the first 3 seconds--this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Storyboarding & Planning

- Help shape ideas into clear concepts and shot lists for short-form content

Filming

- Capture engaging footage (interviews, lifestyle, product, or social clips) optimized for vertical video

Editing

- Cut, sync, and polish videos using

CapCut

(other software like Premiere Pro/Final Cut is a plus) Add captions, dynamic transitions, trending sounds, and motion elements to make videos stand out Work with content strategists and creators to translate scripts and briefs into high-performing content Research and propose creative video ideas based on trends, memes, and viral formats Stay up-to-date with platform trends, editing styles, and algorithm-driven best practices

Requirements:

Familiarity with

CapCut

(must-have); knowledge of Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects is a bonus Strong interest in

short-form content creation

and social media trends Basic skills in filming (framing, lighting, sound capture) for mobile-first content A keen eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm Ability to collaborate with a team and take feedback positively Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Bonus Points if you have:

Experience editing for TikTok, IG Reels, or YouTube Shorts (portfolio or personal projects welcome) Knowledge of AI video tools (Descript, Runway, etc.) Interest in marketing, branding, or social media strategy
