We are looking for a

skilled and visionary Videographer

to join our marketing team -- a creative storyteller who can capture the essence of our brands and bring them to life through stunning, impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualise, film, and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and in-store displays. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to translate brand narratives into compelling visual content. Produce various video formats including short-form social media videos, brand storytelling, interviews, product tutorials, testimonials, and event coverage. Handle end-to-end video production - storyboarding, filming, lighting, audio, and post-production editing. Edit videos with attention to pacing, transitions, colour grading, sound, and visual effects to create engaging final outputs. Manage and maintain video equipment, studio setups, and proper file archiving. Capture behind-the-scenes content and key moments during photoshoots, events, and activations. Collaborate with designers, photographers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive visual storytelling. Stay updated with video trends, social media algorithms, and creative best practices to continuously enhance content quality. Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and industry compliance standards.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of videography and editing experience (experience in beauty, lifestyle, or healthcare industries is an advantage). Fresh graduates with little or no prior experience are welcome to apply for an internship, where they will undergo our marketing and creative training programme. Outstanding performers may be offered a permanent role upon completion. Skilled in camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording techniques. Strong sense of storytelling, composition, and visual aesthetics. Able to handle multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines. Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing visually captivating content. * A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video work is required.
