Project Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Videographer

to cover our participation at

Transport Logistic Southeast Asia 2025

. The selected professional will be responsible for filming interviews, event activities, and B-roll footage across two days at the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture

one-on-one interviews

and general event coverage during the exhibition. Film

high-quality B-roll footage

to highlight event atmosphere and engagement. Ensure proper lighting, framing, and audio clarity during recordings. Deliver

complete RAW footage

of all videos shot (no editing or post-production required). Coordinate with the company's communication/marketing team on-site for interview schedules and shoot plan.

Equipment Requirements (to be provided by videographer):

2 x 4K Cameras (16:9 / 25 fps / LOG format) 2 x Tripods 2 x Microphones 1 x Gimbal (for B-roll footage on one of the days)
Deliverables

Full

RAW video files

for all interviews and event coverage. Footage to be submitted on an external drive or via secure online transfer post-event.
