The Role
We are seeking a V.I.E in Marketing & Communications to join our Singapore office, the headquarters of our Asia operations.
Reporting directly to the Head of Communications, Asia, you will play a key role in supporting the region's communications and marketing strategy, with a strong focus on events and client engagement. While based in Singapore, the role also contributes to the execution of events across major Asian cities, offering regional exposure and a unique international experience.
This position requires creativity, organisation, and commitment - and offers the opportunity to leave a visible mark on how Indosuez engages its clients across Asia.
Key Missions

• Signature Events - Support the planning and execution of client events in Singapore and across Asia, ensuring every detail reflects Indosuez's refinement.
• Innovative Gifting - Research, propose, and coordinate thoughtful, creative, and distinctive gifting ideas that enhance the client experience and strengthen Indosuez's image.
• Content & Storytelling - Support/create elegant event communications (invitations, speeches, digital assets, presentations) that embody the brand's tone and style.
• Digital & Hybrid Engagement - Support innovative formats that enhance client experiences, both in-person and online.
• Internal Communications - Highlight events and initiatives to internal audiences, reinforcing pride and cohesion.

Ideal Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, or Business, other fields are welcome
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with an eye for detail.
• Creative thinker with excellent storytelling skills; fluency in English is mandatory, Mandarin is an advantage
• Adaptable, energetic, and able to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Passion for events, client engagement, and the world of private banking and luxury. * Must have legal authorization to work in Singapore and eligible for the V.I.E programme.

• Availability for 12 months minimum, with option for another 6-12 months renewal
