JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Regional SEAK Japan India HR team supports the Wholesale and Retail business and ensures that the Corporate HR policy is implemented and respected in the region.

Based in Singapore and integrated in the HR regional team, you will lead and participate in various HR projects and work closely with country HRs and Corporate team around 3 pillars:

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Regional HRIS/Payroll project

  • Support in the project to migrate data from SAP SuccessFactor to SAP/HCM in SEAK Japan India region
  • Support in the implementation of ONE HRIS system in the region
  • Support in ONE country ONE payroll system in the region
  • Be the point of contact between the country HRs and corporate HRIS team
Internal process implementation for SEAK Japan India Region
  • Coordinate the implementation of HR metrics for the region (Headcount, Turnover rate, labour costs...). Consolidate and analyze the data to ensure consistent and reliable data from the countries to support business decision
  • Partner with country HRs to manage and consolidate HC approval requests
Participate in other transversal HR projects
  • Support in the implementation of Employee Engagement Survey, One Culture implementation
  • Other transversal HR topics
KEY REQUIREMENTS

This VIE is for you if :
  • You wish to work in Singapore for 18 to 24 months.
  • You want to work in a multicultural environment (daily contact with stakeholders across the South East Asia Korea Japan India region)
  • You wish to be instrumental in the implementation of key HR projects in the region
Your qualifications
  • You have worked with HRIS (SAP SuccessFactor, SAP HCM\xe2\x80\xa6)
  • You are recognized as highly analytical
  • You are autonomous, self-driven and proactive
  • You are collaborative and adaptable
  • You have excellent English written and oral communication
It\xe2\x80\x99s a plus if
  • You have SAP and HRIS/Payroll migration implementation experience
  • You can speak italian
