The semiconductor industry continues to grow rapidly and the Electronics WBL Strategy and Operations Control team supports Air Liquide Group to define its strategy for the Electronics market, provide insights for the financial performance/ outlook, and ensure that the business model and governance are aligned with the business expectations.

You will be part of the WBL-EL team who are based out of Japan, Singapore, Mainland China, Taiwan, USA and Paris.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

This position, reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations Control, involves direct responsibility over the monitoring of WBL-EL business performance/outlook and supporting WBL-EL on several strategic topics. It requires global interaction with Paris Head Office functions (Operations Control, Finance, Competitive Intelligence, Investors\xe2\x80\x99 Relations, Risk Management), affiliates in Asia, Europe and the US at various levels, as well as strong coordination with other WBL-EL departments.

You will contribute to this mission by :

Reporting and analyzing business performance for senior management and stakeholders.

Leading annual Market Share Study, defining strategic actions to strengthen our position and tracking its implementation.

Supporting WBL-EL for strategic special projects (5-year strategic plan, climate roadmap, definition of business model/ governance, etc.)

Coordinating with the Group Risk Management committee to implement Group risk management initiatives and conduct annual EL risk mapping update.

Soft and Hard Skills:

Analytical skills, ability to simplify and synthesize complex set of data

Communication (especially writing) skills to deliver clear and transparent messages/reports.

Demonstrated accountability to follow goals, objectives, results and deadlines.

Ability to work in a matrix organization and be open-minded about transcultural working styles.

Languages:

English fluency is Must have

Japanese/ China Nice to have
