Your missions will be:
Identify trends and gather market intelligence to improve the hub\'s strategy;
Gather business and market data by variety of methods including running workskops, meetings, interviews;
Analyze business data and identify pain points through mixture of independent analysis and working with functional teams;
Understand the As Is business processes and contribute to the definition and documentation of the To Be processes;
Own delivery of small changes into the business;
Collaborate with Sales, Business Development functional specialists, Technical, Finance, and other resources as needed to support industry sector market segment and account team needs;
Produce high level & detailed report to agreed processes & templates using both written and visual techniques to include: Process Diagrams, Use Cases;
As required, work on projects from initial concept through to implementation;
Plan and prioritize day-to-day and project-related assigned tasks effectively in order to meet the business requirements and project timescales;
Report progress to stakeholders on a regular basis;
Ensure consistent updates of business reference materials and collaterals, updating SOPs as needed;
Assist the Audit task force team and serve as a key point of contact for sales related activities;
Ensure salesforce are accurate, and flags are not raised on health checks;
Share PowerBI insights to sales team with the objective of continuous improvement providing escalations, recommendations, and decision support to leadership.

Expected qualifications: Master\'s Degree with a first experience in a business/market analyst area
Technical skills: Experience in the documentation of business requirements and turning this into working solutions Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements Knowledge of market and industry dynamics is a plus.
Computing skills: Knowledge of Pack Office and PowerBI including the use of Pivot tables, reporting, charts
