:
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria.
VIE Main Requirements:

• European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old

• Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

The contract duration of VIE is 24 months.
A VIE for a Systems Engineer - Cloud and Hosting has arisen within Airbus Singapore Campus, in Singapore.
The Systems Engineer is responsible for supporting the Cloud and Hosting Product Service Lines (PSL) to represent Infra and Digital Workplace Domain in front of other Airbus Functions.
The objective is to support the successful implementation and ongoing enhancement of our organization's cloud and hosting solutions. In this role, you will be part of ensuring a seamless and positive technology experience for our end users, from initial rollout to continuous improvement, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and user satisfaction.
Reporting to the Cloud and Hosting Lead, the role will contribute to cloud and hosting services so participating in ensuring end to end ownership of the product life cycle. The VIE Systems Engineer will also help to align with global product owners to advocate for harmonization of end user products and services within Apac core countries (Asia-Pacific) .
Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks will include:
To provide support in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud and hosting infrastructure, including on premise servers, cloud solutions, extended enterprise technologies.
To support Architects when developing technical roadmaps for cloud and hosting upgrades, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements.
To collaborate with cross-functional teams in Apac/Central to assess and address cloud and hosting-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
To support PSL to oversee the design, build and run of Datacenter hosted with Vmware/Hyper-V, Active Directory, Storage and Backup, SCCM, Citrix/VDI
To support PSL in managing the Availability and Capacity management and reporting ON PREM Virtual/Physical servers, Storage and Backup infrastructure in APAC
To support the Apac/Central CyberSecurity team in establishing and enforcing security protocols, policies, and procedures to safeguard system integrity and protect against cyber threats. This includes all CyberSecurity driven infrastructure deployments and enhancements in Apac .
To support PSL in evaluating emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance cloud and hosting capabilities and efficiency.
To support Cloud and Hosting Lead in preparing and managing budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines for cloud and hosting initiatives.
Required skills
You have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
Experience in cloud and hosting design & implementation
Good knowledge in the following areas: On prem virtual server infrastructure platform, Cloud architecture knowledge, Cloud technologies operation and migration, Backup Infrastructure, High Availability and Disaster recovery, Data Center, Private/Public cloud management, Vendor management
Experience with cloud and hosting monitoring tools, troubleshooting techniques, and performance optimization.
In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Good analytical and problem solving skills

Un VIE Ingenieur Systemes - Cloud et Hosting est a pourvoir au sein d'Airbus Singapore Campus, a Singapour.
L'ingenieur systeme est charge de soutenir les lignes de produits Cloud et Hosting afin de representer le domaine Infra et Digital Workplace aupres des autres fonctions d'Airbus.
L'objectif est de soutenir la mise en oeuvre et l'amelioration continue des solutions de cloud et d'hebergement de notre organisation. Dans ce role, vous contribuerez a assurer une experience technologique transparente et positive pour nos utilisateurs finaux, du deploiement initial a l'amelioration continue, tout en collaborant avec des equipes interfonctionnelles pour favoriser l'adoption et la satisfaction de l'utilisateur.
Rattache au responsable Cloud et Hebergement, vous contribuerez aux services Cloud et Hebergement en participant a l'appropriation du cycle de vie du produit end to end. Il/elle aidera egalement a s'aligner avec les product owner mondiaux afin de promouvoir l'harmonisation des produits et services destines aux utilisateurs finaux au sein des pays de la zone APAC ( Asie-Pacifique).
Missions et responsabilites
Vous serez en charge des activites principales suivantes :
Fournir un soutien dans la conception, la mise en oeuvre et la maintenance d'une infrastructure cloud et d'hebergement evolutive, y compris les serveurs sur site, les solutions cloud, les technologies d'entreprise etendues.
Soutenir les architectes lors de l'elaboration des feuilles de route techniques pour les mises a jour du Cloud et de l'hebergement, en veillant a l'alignement sur les objectifs de l'entreprise et les avancees technologiques.
Collaborer avec les equipes interfonctionnelles d'APAC/Central pour evaluer et traiter les problemes lies au cloud et a l'hebergement, en veillant a ce qu'ils soient resolus dans les meilleurs delais.
Aider le PSL a superviser la conception, la construction et l'exploitation du centre de donnees heberge avec Vmware/Hyper-V, Active Directory, le stockage et la sauvegarde, SCCM, Citrix/VDI
Aider le PSL a gerer la disponibilite et la capacite et a etablir des rapports sur les serveurs virtuels/physiques, le stockage et l'infrastructure de sauvegarde du PREM dans la region APAC
Aider l'equipe de cybersecurite de la region APAC/Central a etablir et a appliquer des protocoles, des politiques et des procedures de securite pour preserver l'integrite du systeme et se proteger contre les cyber-menaces. Cela comprend tous les deploiements et ameliorations de l'infrastructure axes sur la cybersecurite dans la region Asie-Pacifique.
Soutenir le PSL dans l'evaluation des technologies emergentes et recommander des solutions innovantes pour ameliorer les capacites et l'efficacite de l'hebergement et du Cloud.
Soutenir le responsable du cloud et de l'hebergement dans la preparation et la gestion des budgets, l'allocation des ressources et les calendriers des projets pour les initiatives cloud et d'hebergement.
Competences requises
Vous avez les experiences et les competences suivantes :
Bac +5 en informatique, en technologie de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe ;
Experience de la conception et de la mise en oeuvre de l'hebergement et Cloud
Bonnes connaissances dans les domaines suivants : Plate-forme d'infrastructure de serveurs virtuels sur site, connaissance de l'architecture cloud, exploitation et migration des technologies cloud, infrastructure de sauvegarde, haute disponibilite et reprise apres incident, centre de donnees, gestion Cloud prive/public, gestion des fournisseurs
Experience des outils de surveillance Cloud et de l'hebergement, des techniques de depannage et de l'optimisation des performances.
En outre, vous etes en mesure de demontrer les competences suivantes :
Excellentes competences interpersonnelles et de communication pour collaborer efficacement avec les differentes parties prenantes.
