To assist wheelchair users to alight/board the bus and drive them to their destination safely.
Applicants must hold a valid class 3 Singapore issued Driving License and LTA issued Bus Vocational License, have clean driving records, and know Singapore Roads well, especially the hospital, nursing homes and etc. Must be able to use WhatsApp for communication and Google Maps for navigation. Our main communication channel is WhatsApp, successful applicants must be attentive to WhatsApp messaging during working hours.
Due to the nature of the job, the applicant must be very polite and patient with elderly passengers and always have their safety in mind. He/She must be capable of pushing wheelchair users up on a slope. Lastly, he/she is able to work independently with minimum supervision.
The vehicle can be driven home, and the season parking fee will be paid by the company. This is a 6-day work-week (08:00 to 18:00) job, and the applicant is required to work OT and Sunday whenever requires.
The company has zero tolerance for
1) Smoking in the vehicle / improper attire
2) Rude to the customer
3) Late for the job (not even 1 minute). Punctuality is very important in our industry
4) Failure to surrender money collected every day
5) Moonlighting using the company vehicle
6) Not responding to Whatsapp and Phone Calls
All these can lead to termination on the spot.
We are a social enterprise, yet we are paying our drivers above market rate.

Salary $1500-$3000. Minimum $1500 per month. Basic $500 + Per Trip $8-$20.

Working days 6days Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 18:00. can go home after the last job, subjected to approval. OTs are paid $12-$20 per trip.
The successful applicant is required to attend 1 day of the job training.
