Our flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange where we build trading tools for both retail and institutional clients - such as spot trading, yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security.

VIP RM

We are looking for an enthusiastic Relationship Manager to join our VIP team in ABFinance, and serve as the frontline liaison representing the company, to enhance their customer experiences, foster client loyalty, gather feedback for the company to improve, and together drive business success.

Responsibilities:

Perform strong relationship management of, customer problem resolution and service for, and client acquisition of VIP clients; Swiftly, effectively and empathetically resolve VIPs' customer service issues or questions, working with internal Customer Service teams and product teams Acting as VIPs' product feedback champion to the company: Gather in-depth feedback and requests on product, services, and collaboration areas from VIPs, and effectively reflecting these back to different BUs and product owners of the company; Leveraging relationships and trust built, design and perform recall and retention tasks with VIPs who are churning or are at risk of churning Innovatively hunt for new VIPs

Qualifications:

Client portfolio includes professional or sophisticated crypto traders, high net-worth investors into digital assets, small institutions, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc.; Experience in client service function with trading platforms, brokerages, banking, investments, or other financial institutions is helpful Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous; Understanding of complex financial trading products is helpful Strong communication and written skills, with empathy and ability to understand different view points; Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining good multi-tasking skills; Demonstrates enthusiasm for the rapidly evolving crypto industry and stays up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations. Strong familiarity with English-speaking client segments and comfort navigating their communication norms.
