Job Description

We are looking for someone who can do research on flights, accommodation, tour, cruises etc. Where they can put everything together for the client.Responsibilities:

  • Research on flights, accommodation, tour, cruises.
  • Replying back to my clients when I'm not available.
  • They will be reporting to me directly.
  • Deal with my suppliers e.g. airlines, hotel etc.
  • General administration
Requirements:
  • 1-2 + year in travel.
  • Love researching on airfares.
  • Experience in either Sabre /Amadeus/ Galileo.
  • Experience in dealing with different suppliers e.g. hotels, booking engine, cruises etc.
  • Amazing at customer services with great communication skills.
  • Fast typer ( at least 35wpm), know how to use a laptop, social media, whatsapp, messenger.
  • Think outside the box
  • Flexible with working hours if need be.
  • Willing to listen and learn.
  • Long term and loyal.
  • Know how to have fun.
  • If you know how to use Tramada is a plus.
