Schedule: US Business HoursBackground: The Advanced Clinical Therapies (ACT) RN is responsible for making initial assessment calls as part of the Advanced Clinical Therapies program. The RN will also update the Benefits Verification Excel. The RN will also serve to scribe for our new providers during their training period.Responsibilities:
- Make Initial Assessment calls and fill out initial assessment forms to upload to patient charts.
- Keep data organized and trackable in excel platform
- Excellent customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Strong awareness of medical terminology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong experience with excel and PDF filler
- Strong ability to multi-task and keep various data sets
- Strong attention to detail
