JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
TOURS

• Oversee tour groups enquiries and booking requests for assigned groups of charge.
• Close liaison with various internal and external stakeholders to fulfil tour booking requests, which may include tour route planning and special programmes.
• Prepare audio equipment and Gallery Passes for tours organised.
• Update capacity changes in the booking system (backend) where there are changes or cancellations to tours, updating affected visitors where necessary.
• Generate and disseminate weekly tour forecast reports for Front of House\'s planning and preparation of group tour arrivals.
• Generate and tabulate weekly tours statistics for weekly and monthly tracking

TICKETING

• Oversee ticketing enquiries escalated by call centre, which may include responding directly to visitors.
• Verify and process requests for refunds and event booking cancellations, which may include liaising with visitors and payment/ticketing partners.
• Conduct data checks in payment partner/ticketing platforms where required

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Working Locations - Nearest MRT will be City Hall MRT
• Mondays to Fridays; 9am to 6.30pm
• Working experience in tourism / art institutions / customer service is preferred
• Service-oriented and customer centricity
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent and comfortable with managing various online systems and platforms
• Self-motivated and good teamwork
