Job Description
A museum that is dedicated to children aged 12 years and below, aiming to provide an interactive, educational, and fun environment where children can explore, learn, and play safely.Job Detail
- 8.30am to 6.30pm
- 4 days a week (including weekends and public holidays)
- Nearest MRT: City Hall
- Gross up to $2100
- Provide good customer service
- Proactively interact and engage visitors
- Manage Ticketing counter and POS system sales transactions
- In-charged of opening and closing of the museum
- Ensure artwork safety at your station
- Adhered to gallery etiquettes at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisory team
- Working experience in tourism / art institutions / customer service is a plus point
- Service-oriented and customer centricity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and good teamwork
- Able to remain calm in stressful situations
- Able to stand and walk long hours
- Comfortable interacting with kids
