1. JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title Visual Arts Teacher Occupation Teacher (International School) Job description JOB PURPOSE The primary role of a teacher is to deliver classroom instruction that helps students learn and develop students\' abilities, interests and coordinate through mode of creative activities.
- Responsible for teaching the stipulated subject to students from Grades1 to 10
- Develop lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives
- Present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within the class
- Running of After School activities
- Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students in class and elsewhere.
- Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students.
- Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement / need arises.
- Post Graduate/Graduate in Arts and Design, with B.Ed is preferred
- Computer Literacy
- Excellent level of communication skill
- 2-5 yrs of teaching experience in IBPYP/CBSE/CLSP/IGCSE curriculum in Arts and Design
