Requirements, Skills and Experience Level\xc2\xb7 Have a Diploma/equivalent and above in video, graphic design and multimedia production.\xc2\xb7 Have 2 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of content experience production experience and a good understanding of social media channels and user behaviour. Candidates with no formal experience but with a good social media portfolio are also welcome to apply.\xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience in content production for various platforms, as well as a strong eye for type and layout in design, will be an advantage\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in the use of content creation software, including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, is a must, as you will be expected to produce high-quality visual content within tight timelines.\xc2\xb7 Candidate is to provide portfolio and/or links to social media profiles to view past work.You will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality video and photo content, as well as leveraging your graphic design expertise to create compelling visual assets for social media use.What you will be working on:\xc2\xb7 Your main responsibility will be to create multimedia content that are optimised for various digital purposes such as for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc), internal marketing and online advertising\xc2\xb7 You will oversee the technical production (filming/shooting to editing for output) of photographic and video content\xc2\xb7 You wil identify gaps where visual assets are needed, then build and curate accordingly a collection of high quality images and video content which will be used to reflect the brand in marketing and press\xc2\xb7 You will help align with the visual identity of content touchpoints and maintain the brand\xe2\x80\x99s digital asset library\xc2\xb7 You will assist the Social Media I/C in curating the Social Media Calendar, as well as provide any necessary support where coordination is required with Divisional/Branch Social Media Representatives
