What the role is:

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for crafting visually stunning narratives? JTC is seeking a talented Visual Content Producer to join our dynamic communications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality video and photography content, as well as leveraging your graphic design expertise to create compelling visual assets that accurately reflect JTC\'s brand and positioning as the master planner and developer of Singapore\'s industrial landscape. In this fast-paced role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity, working collaboratively with the team to produce engaging visual content that captivates our audience and drives our brand forward. What you will be working on:

• Your main responsibility will be to create visuals that are optimised for various marketing purposes, including campaigns, social media initiatives, digital marketing, and event content. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will oversee the entire process of photographic and video content, from conceptualising to scripting, filming to editing for output. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will identify gaps where visual assets are needed, then build and curate accordingly a collection of high-quality images and video content which will be used to reflect the brand in marketing and press. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will help shape the visual identity of content touchpoints and maintain the brand\'s digital asset library. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will also identify potential external vendors to work with, then liaise, manage, and collaborate with them on various projects when necessary.

What we are looking for:

• An engaging storyteller with a talent for generating fresh and creative ideas. \xe2\x80\xa2 You should have hands-on experience in content conceptualisation and production for various platforms, as well as a strong command of written English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in the use of programs, including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Final Cut Pro, is a must, as you will be expected to produce high-quality visual content within tight timelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Your technical knowledge is also essential, as you may be tapped to advise the team on building an arsenal of equipment that will help you work well in your role. \xe2\x80\xa2 You should also possess strong project and time management skills, be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 We value resourcefulness, self-motivation, curiosity, and a willingness to learn, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders. Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Background in Graphic Design/Arts or related \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be well versed Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with video editing software such as iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Premier Pro \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with operating a DSLR camera and LightRoom \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous with an eye for detail
