We are searching for a Visual Designer to help us develop effective growth and conversion design strategies. The candidate will work closely with Product managers, Business units and the design team, helping the teams to arrive at solid design decisions and choosing appropriate design frameworks, execute on ideation and UX / UI delivery. He/She will also work in collaboration with the design researchers to conduct user research and validate product design hypotheses, and support various product initiatives. Job descriptions:
- Defining and building critical workflows, wireframes, and prototypes in a fast-paced agile environment and successfully communicating them to the team
- Strong problem solver who is unfazed by unknowns in user experience, product experience, and market best practices
- Be a subject matter expert of design systems and own changes
- Work closely with product leaders and key stakeholders to define goals, roadmaps and product requirements
- Experience with a strong data-driven, customer-centric approach to design is critical.
- Prior experience with A/B and multivariate testing to increase platform conversion
- 5+ years of UX or Product Design experience in a product company or digital agency
- Expertise in using design and prototyping tools including Figma, Miro, Principle or InVision
- Best-in-class UX deliverables (Wireframes, User journey, Workflows etc.)
- You have good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience designing for iOS, Android and web, along with a good knowledge of HCI principles
- UX / product design: 5 years (Required)
