This role will be working closely with the Senior Visual Merchandising Executive and VM Team to create & implement the visual merchandising strategy, formulating effective and adequate guidelines, visits and reports, and ensuring the strategy is in-line with the brand DNA & principle. You will be responsible for initiatives of visual merchandising, display maintenance and new store opening to ensure an impactful VM execution. This includes planning and guiding VM setups, zoning plan, planograms and graphic assets by following Global VM directive and creative direction. The Job: Responsible for VM planning and execution including window launch, planogram, seasonal in-store launch, floorset change & floor plan In-charge of VM support, execution, maintain VM presentation for each product/campagin launch/events Spacing Plan & VM plan for current and new/relocate/reno stores Create visual concepts, in-store communication & artwork includes in-store promotion signage, visual guides, social media digital artwork & marketing collateral. Fabricate/resize in-store & event graphic assets by following creative direction Review store photo reports, provide feedback and follow-up for VM improvement & graphic usage Visit new stores and current stores monthly Responsible to coach & train in-store Visual Merchandising Specialist (VMS) & operation team on visual merchandising guideline & standard. Ensuring the VM maintenance & standard in-line with the brand principle Track and control VM budget & expenses, administrative & paperwork. The Talent: Diploma/Degree in Visual Communications/Fashion Arts or equivalent Familiar with creative software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Power Point & working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) Good eye on the retail space management and merchandising ability on product display by following principal guidelines Well aware of sourcing materials, to manage vendor and budgets.
