Job Description

Support overall retail operations with focus on visual merchandising (VM) initiatives across Singapore and Thailand. Adapt and develop artwork for campaigns and in-store displays, ensuring brand consistency and high execution standards. Coordinate with retail and merchandising teams to implement store changeovers, VM updates, and operational improvements. Provide creative input and recommendations to enhance in-store customer experience through impactful VM concepts. Maintain and manage VM equipment, materials, and store fixtures in a cost-efficient and organized manner. Handle purchase orders, invoice processing, and budget tracking for retail operations and VM activities. Act as the first point of contact for store teams on VM/operational requests, providing guidance and troubleshooting support. Work independently while ensuring effective collaboration and communication with internal teams across Singapore and Thailand.
Requirements


Minimum 1 year of experience in visual merchandising or retail operations, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. Strong creative flair and ability to translate trends and insights into engaging in-store visuals. Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable managing both VM and operational projects. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment. * A keen eye for fashion, customer experience, and market trends.
