Define, design, and implement a creative VM strategy aligned with brand essence
Assist in planning and implementation of creative marketing collaterals, promotion/event materials, store displays, point-of-sale and signage.
Collaborate with Retail and Brand teams to plan and develop unique window and merchandise displays, image concept at point-of-sale, signage, impressive promotion/event material and shop/store image development
Optimize in-store image and visibility of companys full range of products, through effective categorisation and management of merchandising concepts
Good knowledge in production processes, utilize production expertise to identify the right suppliers/vendors to create, install custom-made display as and when there is an activity/event i.e. exhibition, sales promotion counter, shelves, floor display & etc
Formulate an SOP to ensure proper execution and optimum utilization of display materials/ merchandise at POS in alignment with the Brands strategy
Work closely with retail team to ensure good housekeeping of used and unused display materials (obsolete display must be destroyed) and optimise usage of the materials.
Manage supplier relationships and source necessary props for in-store displays and activations
Communicate and inform the retail team/malls about upcoming activities, campaigns and collaborations
Oversee the planning and execution of exhibitions and events from pre-planning to the actual setup
Develop creative graphic elements to complement VM Display
Adapt and provide graphic support to marketing collaterals
Undertake special projects or assignments that are assigned from time to time by the company
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design or its equivalent
Experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays, and space utilisation will be an advantage
Minimum 3 years in similar capacity or related experience
Creative with a hands-on attitude and ability to conceptualize
Proactive and self-initiative with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Well-aware of sourcing materials, and managing vendors and budgets
Meticulous and possess good business acumen
Strong leadership quality and good project management
Possess good communication presentation skills
Good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Competent in VM planning software and Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
