Visual Merchandiser . Conceptualize and implement attractive, creative and innovative store displays according to Company's plans and guidelines . Plan & execute retail marketing calendar across a Visual Merchandiser . Conceptualize and implement attractive, creative and innovative store displays according to Company's plans and guidelines . Plan & execute retail marketing calendar across all store concepts in a timely manner . Ensure that only approved Standard' point of purchase material, price cards, price stickers, etc. are used in stores. Non-approved and non-standard materials are not allowed . Review store displays with the Store Manager/District Manager after completion to ensure that all articles are represented, prices are correctly displayed, positioning of the merchandise are according to the plan and all display and point of sale materials have been used correctly . Ensure that all windows, interior display areas and merchandise displayed are clean and tidy . Ensure that all display fixtures and fittings are in perfect order at all times . Ensure that all VM props are properly kept and maintained when not in use. Checklist to be created and maintained to keep track of the available props for future usage to avoid unnecessary wastage . Coordinate the procurement, creation, installation and delivery of props for visual merchandising for all stores . Efficient undertaking of monthly VM related administration procedures such as budgeting, prop sourcing and VM store visit report . . Develop and conduct VM trainings (face-to-face & VC) on a regular basis to strengthen store personnel's VM expertise and elevate VM standards . Inform Store Manager on any discrepancies with regards to VM's guidelines, policies and procedures . Report to the District Manager on damaged fixtures and fittings . Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Retail Operations Manager Expenses Control . To obtain 3 quotes from vendors for the procurement of VM items . All purchases must be approved by the Retail Operations Manager Job Requirements At least 2 years of relevant working experience in retail industry (Fashion/Apparels) Must have hands on experience in Planogram and window display design using Photoshop, Indesign and/or illustrator. . Creative and updated on market trends . Good time management skills . Hands on and willingness to perform operational work, when required . Good written and verbal communication .
