Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a visual merchandiser. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with store staff, gathering feedback on store performance and competitor analysis, and ensuring that visual merchandising is in line with company policies. You will also be required to obtain and consolidate weekly pricelists, take photos of store product displays, and submit them into a database. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that store displays are error-free and rectifying any issues that arise. As part of your role, you will be expected to train staff and promoters on new product specifications.

- Visiting stores to build relationship with the staff and obtain feedbacks from them
(Gathering information with regards to store performance and competitor analysis)
- Making sure that store\'s visual merchandising is in accordance with company\'s policy
- Obtain pricelist and consolidate into report every week
- Taking photo of store\'s product display and submit into database
- Making sure display set in store have no issues, should there be any issues, must rectify it
- Training the staff/promoter on ground regarding new specifications of the products

Location: Required to travel Islandwide

Working Schedule: 10am - 7pm (5 days work week, Sun OFF + 1 Weekday OFF)
Salary: Basic + $128 (Travel allowance for concession)

Job Requirement
- Minimum 1 year experience in Visual Merchandising
- Outspoken and bubbly personality
- An eye for detail
- Can work both independently and in a team
- Willing to travel around visiting stores
- Basic Excel and PowerPoint skill
