Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement store layouts, to enhance the customer experience.

• Implement and maintain seasonal, promotional, and thematic visual displays

• Develop and uphold visual merchandising (VM) guidelines, conducting regular store audits to ensure brand consistency and propose improvements where necessary.
• Provide training to store teams on VM standards

• Implement audio merchandising plans that align with visual elements to create a cohesive and immersive customer experience.
• Lead the planning and execution of VM elements for new store setups and refurbishments

• Maintain and update content for marketing materials, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.

• Support the execution of seasonal campaigns, promotional events, and new store openings

• Partner with buyers, category managers, and operations teams to ensure merchandising plans align with sales strategies

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in VM and audio merchandising (travel retail, fashion, F&B, or lifestyle industry preferred).
• Strong visual storytelling and spatial design skills
