Reporting to the Head of Retail, your core objective is to own the aesthetic layout of PRISM+ retail stores and trade shows so our products look irresistible, easy to compare, and easy to buy. This is a hands-on role: you'll execute store VM standards, support launches/promotions, and improve how customers move through the space, from hero zones and demo areas to accessory attachment and bundle storytelling.
You will work closely with Retail Ops, Store Managers, and Marketing/Design to bring our omni-channel campaigns into the physical store experience.
