Position

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVES

This cross-functional offer is an ideal first step into the Retail and Visual Merchandising environment of the Perfume & Cosmetics Luxury industry.

Support the Retail & Visual Merchandiser in its daily missions with the collaboration of internal and external parties. Help develop and implement brand standards and guidelines for each country (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines) Maximize sales and image by optimizing the resource allocated adopting a 360 degree perspective in line with the brand strategy and international guidelines. Participate in store visits to analyse and assess visual merchandising effectiveness across different locations.

Job responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

BRAND IMAGE & MERCHANDISING

Prepare regional VM guidelines Prepare brief for the external agency Liaise with suppliers for any POSM production, delivery and follow-up Design promotion support based on marketing and retail brief & guidelines Set-up support

RETAIL & SALES OPERATIONS

Marketing Plan (new launches, promotion) follow-up and coordinates with the team on brand guidelines. Incentives, GWP, sample implementation and follow-up at counter Assist on any trade animations activities organized by the team

REPORTING & DATABASE

Maintain Visual/ POSM/ Video/ Photo database Assist on the BA & GS monthly sales & results report Follow-up closely any expenses: invoices processing, commitments and budgets.

Key Skills and Competencies

Familiarity with design software (suc as Adobe Creation suite) Proficiency in MS Office Excellent organisational & project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines Good communicator Diligent with good attention to detail

Profile

Graduate business/ design student and strong administration skills Able to commit from Jan 26 to Jun 26 on full time basis English Compulsory
