• Working location: Work From Home (WFH)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
  

Job Scope: The team is looking for design generalist to work closely in a Scrum team to:

• create aesthetically functional interfaces through thoughtful and purposeful design
• conceptualise solutions based on brief, requirements and insights
• support the team in participating in various UX activities:

• research (including formulation of user research design protocols, synthesis of research data)

• brainstorming

• wireframing

• prototyping

• user testing

• produce low to high fidelity prototypes for usability testing and presentations to various stakeholders
• work independently as the lead designer with limited guidance
• assist in formalising design output and documentation of the design process
• generate clear ideas, concepts and graphical assets from beginning to end
• pitch design concepts to senior management
  

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Degree or Diploma in Human-Computer Interactions, Design, Psychology, Computer Sciences or related fields
• Have more than 2 years of experience in product design, in UI/UX designing
• Knowledge of web and mobile technologies and their impact on feasibility of design solutions
• A portfolio of an array of digital projects
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and business analyst to deliver and evolve features
• Meticulous, attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Propose design decisions that are practical, functional whilst not compromising aesthetics
• Proficient at using typography, iconography, color, space and texture for your designs
• Experience working in agile development environment
• Familiar with design tools and collaboration software e.g. Figma, Miro, Adobe Suites
