Job Description
Job Scope
- Perform on-site testing and commissioning, trouble shooting.
- Handle installation, calibration and maintenance of audio related equipment.
- Provide local and overseas on-site support services for systems testing and commissioning.
- Investigate and diagnose hardware/software problems or failures.
- Troubleshoot technical problems.
- Assist in design and development of audio related devices.
- Conduct training to customers.
- Provide marketing and tendering support.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationship with customers
Requirements:
- NTC, ITC, Diploma in Electronics / Engineering / Information System or Technology / IT Networks/Audio or any equivalent educational background and experience in Audio / IT.
- Computer Skills (AutoCAD, VISIO, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Possess strong technical knowledge and have a passion for audio products.
