Join us and champion financial security for Singaporeans while leaving a lasting legacy.What you will be working on:As a Voluntary Collection Executive, you will manage voluntary top-up contributions, ensuring seamless processing, and providing good support to our members. Your responsibilities will include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle incoming applications and requests from members regarding voluntary top-up contributions with precision and efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Serve as a primary point of contact for member enquiries regarding voluntary top-up contributions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with our IT team to perform user-acceptance testing for system improvements related to voluntary top-up contributions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain regular reports on relevant metrics for the team, providing valuable insights into the performance of voluntary top-up contribution processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle operations, appeals, and adjustment requests from members with professionalism and empathy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Address enquiries from employers and members, providing accurate information and guidance to facilitate seamless transitions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in reviews related to employers and members, contributing your expertise to ensure compliance and efficiency in the process.What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in financial services or customer-focused role preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good analytical and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to communicate effectively with employers, members, and internal stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with process improvement and automation techniques is preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
