Job Responsibilities Assist the Operations team in volunteer and logistics management including planning, coordination and execution. Volunteer Management Liaise and work closely with the various groups of volunteers for briefings, site recces, training sessions and volunteer distribution/allocation plans Provide administrative and logistics support for the briefing of volunteers Liaise and work closely with volunteer planning committees Provide administrative support including preparations of briefing slides, collation of information, compilation of volunteer lists, submissions and other documentations Logistics Management Assist in preparing and planning of visuals, on-site branding, structures and parade route map Assist in the liaison with contractors on all logistics set-up and decorations for Performance Parade Singapore and other events Assist in the packing and moving of logistics (water, ponchos, tables, chairs and others) and props, and conduct stock check after each rehearsal, fringe events and parade days Assist in site inspection and co-ordinates meetings to resolve issues pertaining to the works on site Job Requirements Candidates with 2-3 years of working experiences in event/marketing/mass communication are preferred. Good command of written and spoken English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, resourceful and creative solution-finder with a positive work attitude. Meticulous and with good organisational and time management skills. Ability to multi-task, work independently and a team player.
