\xc2\xb7 5 Days (Mon to Fri: 42 hours per week)

\xc2\xb7 Due to the job nature in volunteer engagement, you are are required to work on selected weekends

Offered Salary

• S$3,000 to S$3,800 per month

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the role

\xc2\xb7 Relevant working experience in customer service or event planning or office administration will be an added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge in excel programming will be an added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Strong command of English language in terms of (spoken/verbal) communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Comfortable with adapting quickly to changing requirements

\xc2\xb7 Team player with effective interpersonal skills

\xc2\xb7 Hardworking individual, detail-oriented and pleasant personality

\xc2\xb7 Proactive and resourceful, with a \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 spirit

\xc2\xb7 Good planning and project management skills



You will be part of the team that manage an eco-system of inclusive volunteerism efforts across the organization\xe2\x80\x99s network that is supported by an active pool of volunteer communities to attain the common goals and outcomes in line with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s vision and mission.

\xc2\xb7 Provide administration support for the implementation of the revised Volunteer awards and appreciation framework

\xc2\xb7 Co-implement appreciation event for volunteers

\xc2\xb7 Provide administrative support for NLB\xe2\x80\x99s Volunteers\xe2\x80\x99 Portal

\xc2\xb7 Support the development of resources

\xc2\xb7 Support the quarterly volunteer management officer engagement sessions

\xc2\xb7 Provide support for logistics arrangement of work-group meetings

\xc2\xb7 Support the volunteer onboarding process at new libraries and/or programmes

\xc2\xb7 Any other projects assigned by Reporting Officer or Management
