Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

• As a Digital Fulfilment Lead, you are responsible for Business Development on full Suite of SME Products from new to bank and non-RM tagged accounts, define digital acquisition strategies and be the change agent to support digital initiatives.
• To lead a team of Relationship Managers on Digital Acquisition for Small Medium Enterprises customers through Digital Channels and leads generated from algorithms/models.
• Actively partner with Product Manager/ Data Scientist to develop impact-focused digital strategies to scale acquisition and lead the team to support active cross sell to increase bank's wallet share.
• Being customer centric and have deep understanding of customer journeys by developing personas and conducting task analysis and research, through scenarios.
• Review existing processes to improved workflow and efficiency. Ability to articulate business requirements to key stakeholders and develop solutions to address problems.
• Provide regular and structured reporting of business outcomes, highlighting key issues.

Requirements

• Preferable to have minimum of 5 - 10 years of work experience in managing SME Sales Team and transformational initiatives.
• Individual with a strong interest and natural curiosity in exploring various areas on workflow automation, data analytics and customer journeys.
